The Waikiki Queens from Kai Sallas is a special version of the Waikiki for girls. They basically took the Waikiki and made a color way design that would be special for the girls. It is influenced by Kelis Kaleopaa, and she’s proud to represent it. The Waikiki Queens is a perfectly traditional log with a single fin set up. It’s a must for your quiver, and everyone should feel whats it’s like to ride one. True to tradition, it has very round fifty fifty rails all the way through the nose concave. To Kai, the WAIKIKI Queens is the type of board that is made to surf with grace and style, smoothly and slowly. The WAIKIKI Queens is everything a traditional longboard should be.

Construction
Thunderbolt Technology
Thunderbolt Technology utilizes advanced materials and technology to decrease weight while enhancing performance, flex characteristics, board control, and durability. Mass-produced epoxy boards are corky and stiff. While light and durable, they simply don’t ride well. But Thunderbolt’s hand-built boards take superior epoxy materials to an entirely different level. These boards provide the feel and sensitivity of a good poly board but deliver performance far beyond traditional epoxy pop-out constructions. Indeed, those who ride these high-tech epoxy boards claim they actually feel better than polyurethane. Thunderbolt boards are 100% hand layups. They begin with an EPS foam core with multi-component carbon fiber stringer systems that produce engineered flex and twist for a more lively, responsive performance. Proprietary designs employing internal carbon fiber components are then arrayed in the deck and bottom of the deck for precise flex control and strength. The core shield PVC provides flexible protection to increase strength and durability without compromising the flex and twist characteristics built into the blank. With ample carbon fiber and fiberglass in the deck, bottom, and rails, these boards both outperform and outlast traditional PU boards and other epoxy designs.
Thunderbolt Silver
There are 3 construction types within the Thunderbolt Technology. Thunderbolt Silver is handcrafted using an all-around fiberglass lamination. The bottom laminations are 6oz. and 4oz. fiberglass layers, while the deck laminations are 6oz carbon fiber and 6oz fiberglass. A classic feel with an enhanced hand-crafted result.

Surfboard Return Policy
You may return any new stock surfboard if it meets the following terms and conditions:
- The surfboard was purchased new from our stock and was not special order
- The surfboard must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The surfboard must be in new condition: never ridden or used in the water, never waxed, or damaged.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and any damage in transit.
- A $50 restocking fee is applied to a new surfboard return.

Carve Surfboards and Cleanline Surf have teamed up to make sure you get the surfboard you want! Through our partnership, we have direct access to inventory at the Carve Surfboards warehouse in San Diego where boards can be shipped directly to your doorstep.
Here’s how it works. Once an order is placed we contact Carve promptly to confirm your board is in stock. Once confirmed the average wait time for a board to ship is 3 business days. Additionally, transit time is 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are located. Most boards are ready to go, however, if there is any extended delay in shipping your board we will let you know right away.
